Who I am

Pulling on nearly two decades of cross-sector experience spanning foundations, NGOs and agency networks, I have a track record of translating strategy into funding-ready programs, partnerships, and high-performing teams. I provide hands-on facilitation and communications to help stakeholders move from alignment to action.

I’m based in Washington, D.C., and live on East Capitol Hill with my husband, stepdaughter and two dogs, Reyna and Benjamin. When I’m not cleaning up the messes these four make, you can find me exercising, with friends or volunteering. I was born and raised in Upstate New York and spent my formative years in the Adirondacks (hence, the hiking and kayaking references here!). I believe many problems can be solved by simply going outside and enjoying nature.

I work with

  • Foundations and philanthropic offices

  • International NGOs and nonprofits

  • Agencies and mission-driven enterprises seeking scaled impact

More importantly, I work with people who want to get things done. We are a good fit if you…

  • Like clear, direct communication

  • Are kind

  • Care about measurable results

  • Value the importance of team collaboration and mind share
